You pay your rate on everything you process. There is no separate, more expensive rate for going
over — the monthly minimum on a committed plan is a minimum spend, not a purchase of credits, so nothing
expires and nothing is forfeited. Committing also raises your credit limit, which is usually the bigger reason to do it.

Buying with a purchase order? Enterprise is an
annual contract against your PO, invoiced on your terms and paid by bank transfer. If you exceed the
contract we invoice the difference — your service does not stop.
