Do I need a credit card to try?
No. Sign up for Document AI APIs with free trial credit — no card. Scanning and Compression SDKs have 30-day free trials — no card. You only pay if you top up or buy a paid license.
What currencies do you bill in?
Document AI APIs bill in INR (via Razorpay) for India customers, USD (via Stripe) for everyone else. Scanning and Compression SDKs bill in USD globally. Use the country selector in the nav to see pricing in your region.
Is there a per-document/per-call cap on the SDKs?
No. Zero scan limits on Scanning SDK. Zero document limits on Compression SDK paid tiers. We license per-platform or per-server, never per-document — buy a tier, process as much as you need.
Can I top up Document AI without auto-renew?
Yes. Top-ups are one-time purchases. Credit doesn't expire while your account is active. Auto-renew is available only on the largest Scale Pack if you want it.
When does the bonus credit on top-ups expire?
It doesn't expire while your account is active. Bonus credit is treated identically to paid credit — first in, first out.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. For SDK licenses, you can let them lapse at the end of the term (no auto-charge by default). For Document AI top-ups, there's nothing to cancel — you pay only when you top up.
What if I outgrow self-serve?
Do you offer multi-year discounts?
Yes — 3-year prepay = 10% off · 5-year prepay = 20% off on SDK annual licenses. Document AI top-ups already include bonus credit at higher tiers (Starter +3%, Growth +5%, Scale +10%).
